For more than a decade, her work has lived behind the scenes of businesses and organizations — strengthening operations, developing processes, coordinating complex initiatives, supporting executives, building infrastructure, solving problems, and helping teams move from ideas to implementation.

She recognizes connections others may overlook, asks the questions underneath the question, anticipates what an organization will need next, and translates that insight into practical solutions.
